Think of yourself as a magnet, attracting either positive or negative energy into your life every moment. In this course, you'll learn how to match your desires with positive energy so you can bring them to life. We’ll explore the old beliefs and patterns you’re holding onto that might be stopping you from getting what you really want.

Using simple but powerful techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping, and Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian method for forgiveness and letting go, you'll learn to clear away those blocks. These tools work together in our Tap To Love (TTL) method to help you shift your energy and mindset.

Tapping helps release negative emotions stuck in your body, while Ho’oponopono focuses on healing through forgiveness. Together, they help you let go of what’s holding you back and reconnect with your true self.

In a safe and supportive space, you’ll rediscover who you really are, reignite dreams you may have forgotten, and align yourself with the things you truly want. As you do this, you’ll feel more energized, inspired, and loved—creating a strong flow of positive energy that helps you attract the life you want.

What is the TAP TO LOVE technique?

We have two main emotions: Fear and Love. All other feelings come from these two.

We are born with Love. When we feel Love, we are calm, peaceful, ready to forgive, creative, and able to attract what we want.

Fear is something we pick up as we go through life. As we deal with others—parents, siblings, teachers, and friends—we go through difficult times.

Life happens, and sometimes we face trauma or anger. Negative feelings, based on Fear, take over, making us sad, depressed, and stuck. We can feel blocked, unable to express Love, and instead, we struggle with hate and survival.

When we are full of Fear, there is no room for Love.

To bring Love back into our lives and feel positive again, I created the TAP TO LOVE (TTL) technique.

The TTL technique combines two powerful methods: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Ho’oponopono.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a healing method developed by Gary Craig. It helps you release emotional blocks by tapping on specific points on your body, freeing you from negative feelings and shifting you from Fear to Love.

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. It focuses on healing relationships by repeating simple phrases like “I’m sorry,” “Please forgive me,” “Thank you,” and “I love you.” This method helps you let go of past hurts, clearing the path for Love and peace in your life.

Together, these techniques help you move from Fear back to Love, allowing you to feel more positive, creative, and open to attracting the life you want.

How does it work?

What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a system of Chinese medicine that involves pricking the skin or tissues with needles on certain meridian *points used to alleviate pain and to treat various physical conditions. 

EFT  is a body mind and spirit integration. 

We use our fingers not needles and we tap on some of the meridian points to stimulate them. While tapping we add in words. By doing so we are able to release the negative emotional blockage we have and bring balance to our emotional system.

Once we are balanced we can no longer have the negative vibration that keeps us away from having what we desire.

I see the use of Tapping and speaking at ate the same time as a conversation we have with our subconscious mind.
